Windows
To take a screenshot of part of your screen on Windows, you can use the Snipping Tool, which is a built-in tool:
Press Windows + Shift + S
The screen will gray out and the cursor will change
Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard
Paste the screenshot into an application by pressing Ctrl + V or selecting Edit > Paste
Mac
1. Capture full screen: **Shift + Command + 3**
2. Capture part of the screen: **Shift + Command + 4**, then drag
3. Capture a window: **Shift + Command + 4**, then Space and click
4. Copy screenshot: Hold **Control** with the keys above
